When I found the Akashic Records I had been out of Jehovah's Witnesses for over a decade. I was in serious need of deep healing. I was desperately seeking love. I was an extreme people-pleaser, I had no boundaries and my self-esteem was non-existant. 🚽💩 I was constantly looking for approval and validation outside of myself.

(Don't even ask about some of the romantic relationships I got into!) 😱

I knew I was a good person and that I had a good heart, but I couldn't reconcile that with being shunned by my loved ones and the shame I felt. I was looking for some kind of bigger meaning to my life-- seriously, what was the freaking purpose of all the pain and loss I went through?

Discovering my Akashic Records was like coming home. When I opened my records, I could exhale from the depths of my soul. I felt peaceful and balanced. It was deeply restorative for my nervous system, my endlessly questioning mind, and my wounded spirit. 

Ultimately I was seeking myself. 

Each time I worked in my Akashic Records, asking questions like Why did I pick my parents? What was the point of growing up in a cult? How do I heal from the betrayal? I felt lighter. Clearer. Hopeful. Aligned.

But first: what are the Akashic Records? 

The Akashic Records are the vibrational recordings of the cosmos. The Akashic Records are a multi-dimensional field of unconditional love and holographic in nature. They are often percieved as a Universal Library. Everything and everyone has an Akashic Record-- pets, plants, planets, and YOU. 

If you're into quantum theory, the Akashic Records are the holographic recordings of what's been happening in the Akashic Field.

Your personal Akashic Records contains information about your soul from the time of its individuation from Source Energy. It includes your past lives and future potentials, though it's important to note that the Akashic Records does not predict the future since you are creating it from moment to moment with your choices, actions, beliefs and vibration. 

The Akashic Records are like a sacred map of your soul

Often referred to as the The Book of Life, the Akashic Records contain information about your soul's intentions for this life, including agreements/contracts with other souls, life purpose(s)-- (spoiler alert: you've got more than one!), life lessons, challenges (and most importantly, their solutions) and the dominant themes and patterns of your experiences. 

The Akashic Records also contain the wisdom that your soul has been aquiring throughout thousands of lives and serves as a map of where you've been, the gifts you've mastered over lifetimes, and where you repeatedly get stuck-- also known as karma.

Accessing your Akashic Records regularly is a powerful way to accelerate your soul growth and fully embody your true essence. 

It's also a crazy powerful healing tool because we are working with the fabric of the soul. Sometimes what is holding us back is unconscious, or has it roots in ancestral, collective or childhood trauma.  A block or recurring pattern may also have it roots in a past life. The Akashic Records can pinpoint where the energy is stuck and give you the information you need to untangle the energy and alchemize it into wisdom.

My Akashic Records Journey 🪷

Its been over 20 years since I sat down in someone's living room and learned the most powerful transformation tool I've come ever come across to date. Growing up in a cult I had a lot to transform! The Akashic Records helped me break down the programming and belief systems that I was still stuck in, even tho I had been out for over a decade. (Read the full story here.)  Five years later I became an Akashic Records Certified Consultant and in 2012 I started teaching this beautiful heart-centered wisdom tool to others.  

I've had the honor of being trained by the late great Dahna Fox ♥ of Akashic Records Consultants International, the first group that brought the Akashic Records to the US in the 80's. (The sacred access prayer that was taught was translated from an ancient Mayan Akashic Records prayer.) There I met Lisa Barnett and became her first teacher in the Akashic Knowing School of Wisdom. I had the priveledge of writing the forward to her first book, The Infinite Wisdom of the Akashic Records. 

In 2020 I was guided by the Akashic Record Keepers to create the Radiant Heart Akashic Records Academy, with a focus on folks waking up to who we are beyond the trauma, conditioning and systems that have kept us living a fraction of our true potential. (Full transparency: I totally resisted and got in my way for months before I did it: I'm living proof you don't have to be perfect to do this work!) 😄

I've had the joy of watching the Akashic Records improve not only my life but also the lives of my clients and students. Books have been written, businesses launched, soul dreams pursued, toxic patterns of shame and childhood traumas have been alchemized, and soul gifts have been activated with the Akashic Records.
