WHAT IS EMBODIED PROCESSING? 

Your body still remembers

Embodied Processing is a gentle, body-based approach that works directly with the body to integrate unprocessed life experiences.

When experiences aren’t fully processed, they don’t disappear. They stay in the body.

And they can show up in all kinds of ways:


constant worrying

physical holding patterns
digestive issue
shallow breathing
feeling constantly on edge
sleep disruption


This isn’t a flaw. It’s a survival response.


At the time, your body did exactly what it needed to do. It stored what couldn’t be processed, waiting for a time when you would have the internal resources and external support to meet it.

Embodied Processing works with the body to gently process what's been stored so your system can begin to reorganize and return to balance.

What to expect


We’ll begin our session with a short check-in, then use simple breathwork or visualization tools so we can become fully present together.

I’ll guide you to notice your breath, posture, and bodily sensations as they arise, at a slow and gentle pace.

We work with your body’s own healing wisdom to release stored tension and energy. This looks different for each person, and even from session to session.

We may complete stress responses such as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, and use a variety of somatic tools to process deeply held patterns.

You can bring a specific experience or trigger you want to explore to the session, but it’s not necessary. What matters most is curiosity and openness to what your body is ready to process and integrate.

 "I found peace and forgiveness for myself" 

I had been experiencing emotional distress for a few weeks. I had let something sacred to me be stolen and I could not move on. If I would think about that incident I would break down in uncontrollable sobbing. I truly felt like I was a young child waiting for a horrible punishment. During the session I felt held, supported, and safe. That experience of healing and love was permanent.  The uncontrollable thoughts and emotions that were linked to that wound vanished and I found peace and forgiveness for myself.
